Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with their original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
